Frog Street Assessments

Hello Ladies,

Thank you for completing your 2nd set of assessments.  The data shows progress!!
The 3rd set will be due May 11th, please do not wait until May 11th to complete them.  You can start the assessment the week of April 20th so by May 11th ALL assessments should be completed.
